Several weeks ago I called multiple PIs in the area to inquire about PI services to support a potential lawsuit. Only one of the PIs I tried to reach actually answered the phone and the only one who did was Charlie, who personally answered my call. Spoke to Charlie himself he was very helpful. I figured i would speak to a receptionist who would take my number but no it was him. Charlie is very nice and understanding. He actually listened to me without making me feel rushed. I could tell right away he was not in it for the money.
