Several weeks ago I called multiple PIs in the area to inquire about PI services to support a potential lawsuit. Only one of the PIs I tried to reach actually answered the phone and the only one who did was Charlie, who personally answered my call. During the conversation, Charlie thoughtfully listened to the circumstances I described and gave me solid advice regarding how best to proceed. Spoke to Charlie himself he was very helpful. I figured i would speak to a receptionist who would take my number but no it was him. Charlie is very nice and understanding. He actually listened to me without making me feel rushed. I could tell right away he was not in it for the money. Reports Written to Be Disclosed
Every report is prepared on the assumption that opposing counsel will read it. That means recording what was seen rather than characterising it, being explicit about what was not observed, and noting where visibility or access limited the work. A report that overstates is worth less than one that is complete, because the overstatement is what gets attacked.
